Tuition Plans

Providence Hall offers three payment plans to our families.

All payment plans begin on June 1, 2013.

  1. Full payment:  Academic year paid in full by check to Providence Hall on or before June 1.  If you chose to pay your tuition in full, you will receive an invoice in the mail that is due no later than June 1.
  2. Semi-annual plan:  Plan is paid through FACTS on June 5 and December 5.  A one-time $10 fee is assessed by FACTS.
  3. Ten-month plan:  Payments are collected on the 5th of the month, beginning June 5th and ending March 5th .  A one-time $43 fee is assessed by FACTS.

Parents choosing the semi-annual or ten-month payment plan are required to sign up for tuition collection through FACTS Tuition Management and Payment Processing at www.providencehallsb.org/tuition. (This is a separate process from applying for a tuition assistance award.) If you are not paying your annual tuition by June 1, you must sign up for FACTS Tuition Management and Payment Processing.

Returning families who participated in a semi-annual or monthly FACTS payment plan in 2012-2013 will automatically be renewed for the 2013-2014 school year and are not required to re-enroll through FACTS Tuition Management and Payment Processing. The yearly processing fee will be charged ($10 for the semi-annual plan; $43 for the 10-month plan).

Families who are new to Providence Hall, or returning families who did not sign up for a FACTS payment plan in the 2012-2013 school year and who would now like to participate in the semi-annual or monthly payment plan, must sign up for FACTS Tuition Management and Payment Processing at www.providencehallsb.org/tuition

NOTE:   Signing up for FACTS Tuition Management and Payment Processing is separate from the FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment process that is required for applying for tuition assistance at Providence Hall.
