Providence Hall is devoted to providing a college preparatory education in the Christian tradition to every student who desires to attend. The Tuition Angel opportunity is an innovative program connecting benefactors with deserving students who desire a Providence Hall education and a brighter future.
With the help of our Tuition Angels, we are able to make our dynamic education accessible to many deserving students and achieve our mission of an independent school for all neighborhoods. Tuition Angels play a vital role in educating Santa Barbara’s youth and providing young people with new opportunities that will positively change their lives.
Providence Hall is proud of the quality education it offers to families. In order to fulfill our mission of excellence, we must properly fund our school. Tuition at Providence Hall is set slightly below the full cost to educate a student. For many families, both middle and low income, that tuition–though modest–is out of reach. Tuition Angels ensure that the school is accessible to families regardless of social-economic realities. Currently, the majority of the student body receives some form of tuition assistance. While the annual Providence Fund helps support the operational budget, gifts to the Tuition Angels scholarship program provide direct tuition assistance for families in need.
The results speak for themselves
One-hundred percent of Providence Hall students graduate from high school and gain admittance to four-year colleges throughout the country. In addition, most of theses students receive significant grants and subsidies for college. Students leave our campus prepared to go out and impact their community, their workplace, and our world–and some day, their own family.
