For the benefit of both student and teacher, the personnel philosophy of Providence Hall requires that applicants be qualified for and more-than-willing to accept hybrid positions.  These might typically combine part-time roles of classroom teacher and administrative team member, with shared responsibility for at least one co-curricular activity per season or term, thus providing several contexts for student contact.
