A school’s co-curricular programs give its young men and women opportunities outside as well as inside the classroom to discover, explore, and develop their unique blend of gifts and skills, their peer relationships and leadership abilities, their team and work ethics, and their responsibilities within the school community. Investing time after school in athletics, the arts, and other activities, while faithfully fulfilling their classroom assignments, also encourages time management and accountability to others as well as recognition of a responsibility for balance and prioritization.
