Our Mission

Providence Hall is an independent college preparatory school that exists to challenge young men and women to grow in the knowledge of Jesus Christ, to develop a passion for the pursuit of truth and excellence, and to love others as themselves through character, service, and leadership. Providence Hall is dedicated to the education of the whole person —mind, body, and spirit—and to the pursuit of truth, beauty, and excellence in all of schooling and life.

The training of the mind is the core of our schoolʼs educational philosophy, equipping our students to excel academically as well as to become beacons of wisdom and leadership in a culture of continuous and rapid change. To that end, Providence Hall emphasizes the basic fundamentals of strong writing, analytical skills, and independent thinking throughout an interdisciplinary curriculum, preparing students for entrance into the finest colleges and universities in the country. Our curriculum emphasizes not only formation in the subjects traditional to the arts and sciences, but also logic, ethics, competitive athletics, fine arts, and computer/digital literacy.
