1:30 pm – Registration & refreshments; visit with faculty and administrators and view activity tables
2:00 pm – Welcome from Joyce Luy, Director of Admission; Music by Providence Hall students
2:15 pm – David O’Neil, Head of School, introduces faculty and describes academic and extracurricular offerings
2:30 pm – Campus tours led by Providence Hall students
2:50 pm – Mini-classes with Providence Hall teachers; several Middle School and High School options from which to choose
3:30 pm – Parent-to-Parent panel (for parents only) and Student-to-Student panel (for students only)
4:00 pm – Application and tuition assistance process explained
4:15 pm – Closing remarks and invitation to mingle, ask questions, and pick up a take-home gift
