Information Receptions
Parents of current Providence Hall families have graciously opened their homes for casual, informative receptions. You are welcome to attend any of these events as they suit your schedule and location. Please join us as Mr. David O’Neil, Head of School, describes what makes Providence Hall a truly distinctive learning experience, integrating the Christian faith and strong academics.

Open House
Parents, grandparents, and students are invited to “Experience Providence Hall.” You will be provided opportunities to meet with faculty, current students, parents, and recent alums. Mini-sessions on academics, the integration of faith in the curriculum, extra-curricular activities, fine arts, athletics, and admissions and tuition assistance will be provided. Open houses conclude with brief student-led tours. We look forward to seeing you here!
Shadow Day
Be a Providence Hall student for a day! Join other interested students in a day designed to provide a Providence Hall experience for you. The day begins with a brief presentation and welcome from Mr. David O’Neil, Head of School, and Mrs. Joyce Luy, Director of Admission. Then, you become a Providence Hall student for a day by attending classes, sharing a meal, and meeting with a coach or teacher of your choice. High school students can speak with Mrs. Jen Loomer, College Counselor, and learn of the impressive college acceptance rates of Providence Hall students and begin planning for their future.
Interview and Campus Tour
Can’t make Open House or a Shadow Day? Or do you want to learn more? Providence Hall is pleased to create a visit to fit your schedule and needs. You will be provided with a student-led tour, a class visit, and an interview. If time allows, you may follow a Providence Hall student throughout their day for a “real-time” look inside our school.
Morning Coffee with the Head of School
Enjoy a great cup of coffee (or tea) while chatting with Mr. David O’Neil, Head of School, and other Providence Hall administrators. Join us for a casual time of conversation and learning more about what Providence Hall can offer your child.
